Rent it out for the same amount you are paying monthly on your mortgage, because obviously, if you rent it out for less than that, you'll end up taking a loss every month.

Keep in mind, if you use a Realtor then you will have to pay a commission, which is usually a percentage of the selling price. Then you will have a few other closing costs. This can take precious months; if you have already been transferred you do not want to pay for two mortgages.
